Brody Wet Water

"Wet Water" Water which has had a wetting agent added. Doing so reduces surface tension and allows the water to penetrate into the burning substance more easily. This it helpful in several applications. One of the best examples might be the overhaul of bails of hay. It will also assist with some structure fires.
